GASLIFT

The database of complex "SANDOR 5" is intended for input, storage and data processing on gaslift wells and automation of daily document circulation for an oil production engineer.

The database control system called “SHELL_G” allows making fast inputs, storage and practical use of the following information:

Subsurface gaslift wells equipment (stalk diameter and length, type and depth of drill arrangements, gaslift valve type and its stand opening pressure, upper bend diameter, type and depth of packer installation, collar bushing, blinds, cones and other equipment);

Surface gaslift wells equipment (type of control equipment, drainage arrangement, type of gas manifold, gas line length, diameter of gas-flow regulator seat and diaphragm);

Well Construction (reservoir, perforation intervals, diameter, depth and data of drill-string running, well profile measurements and history of downhole failures with the dates of their detection and elimination);

Bottomhole zone characteristics (dynamics of reservoir pressure in the selection zone and productivity factor);

Physicochemical characteristics of formation fluids of each of the reservoir opened by a well;

Well layout (all changes of subsurface equipment and gaslift valves with reason indications of such changes);

Measuring and processing results of dynamic levels;

Well behavior ( gas consumption, fluid discharge, water cuttings of well production, buffer and producing pressure, dynamic level and bottomhole pressure);

Work with well cable repair requests (generation, stamp and reasons with failure to carry out with dynamics for every well);

Audit results of gaslift valves and drills with classification of part failures reasons.

For acceleration of work, the most frequently used parameters are placed in directories and, if necessary, are chosen from the menu.

All stored information is used in two basic ways:

Operative work analysis of gaslift wells (the database stipulates a powerful mechanism of reports creation using various criteria for any period of time);
